**The role**

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to join our team as a Group Food & Beverage (F&B) Analyst. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting, implementing, and optimising data-driven insights and analytics across the F&B operation.

This is a full time 12-month fixed term contract.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide data driven insights and recommendations to enhance revenue and identify efficiencies.
- Conduct ongoing analysis on F&B performance including supply and demand, pricing and product mix, customer segments, new asset performance and channel management.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and automation to streamline all reporting and analysis processes.
- Prioritise analytical requests and keep up with the dynamic, fast-paced, data-driven environment

**About you**

You’ll bring the following:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency with analytical and data visualization tools such as SQL and PowerBI.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
