An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Personal Assistant to support a highly regarded Surgeon.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Meeting and greeting of patients
- Managing online queries
- Booking appointments and procedures
- Liaising with hospitals and nursing staff
- Management of all patient data, correspondence
- Invoicing and receipting of consultations
- Liaising with hospital staff
- Preparing theatre bookings
- Preparing quotations for patient surgical procedures
- Managing outstanding accounts
- Ordering of office supplies and inventory management
- Banking

To be successful for this position you will have the following skills/attributes:

- Previous experience working in a specialist practice
- Ability to work in a small team
- Able to multi task and establish efficient office systems
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Experience utilising medical software, Genie experience an advantage
