Your contribution
This is your opportunity to lead the establishment and implementation of a business engagement model and strategy for ICTS, working in a collaborative business partner culture. You will provide technical and operational leadership to a specialist team that works with stakeholders to understand their business needs and in addition provide options for their IT, information management, security, and telecommunications needs and issues.
This role ensures the availability of accurate, timely and relevant information on individual business and corporate needs by establishing efficient, high-quality assurance of business engagement, risk and portfolio management processes, planning and reporting.

Insights and collaboration
- Use your exceptional interpersonal skills in negotiating, consulting, and motivating stakeholders, and colleagues to achieve desired results and drive successful outcomes. Lead or plan facilitation of discovery / planning meeting to identify business needs. Provide strategic advice to stakeholders regarding ICT strategy and potential solutions as well as providing strategic advice and assistance to OIR business teams, senior management, and stakeholders on the interpretation of their business needs, including translating these needs into effective functional specifications.
Speed and innovation
- Proactively identify opportunities for reducing costs, continuous service improvements and optimisation of business processes and solutions within ICTS. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practice and champion changes and developments within ICTS. Identifying where ICTS capabilities, plans and ICT industry trends may be applicable to meeting OIR strategic and operational business needs.
