**In this role, you'll**:
You will be charged with creating engaging educational and instructional content for payroll learning initiatives, with the goal of ensuring that members of the team are able to access accurate and relevant information in a timely manner to resolve enquiries and facilitate the processing of payroll.

You will create and implement new ways of learning, to build and improve on existing learning practices and provide expertise relating to the design of learning initiatives.

You will lead and participate in programs of work and/or initiatives that enhance or deliver continuous improvement across various learning initiatives.

**About you**
You are highly motivated, creative and resourceful, with proven capability in the development and evaluation of learning programs, products and artefacts.

You will demonstrate experience in collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to ensure there is a consistent and collaborative approach to the development of resources.

You have proficiency or ability to gain proficiency in a wide range of learning creation tools and experience providing learning support for a business unit within a complex organisation.

You demonstrate knowledge of compliance obligations in relation to delivering payroll services, including superannuation, tax and payroll legislation, EBA’s and Awards.
