We are currently, seeking to join us, a highly skilled and versatile Handyman with particular expertise in any of the following areas:

- Bathroom Renovations
- Building Maintenance
- Carpentry
- Ceiling Repairs
- Decking
- Floating Floors
- Kitchen Remodelling
- Painting and Plastering
- Pool Fencing
- Stud Walls
- Tiling

Expertise in the following areas would be extremely useful:

- Fencing Installation and repairs.
- Drywall and plastering (and/or) installation and repairs.
- Roofing repairs.

**Position Overview**:
Initial probation period of 6 months. Programme of working towards company work vehicle and tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Fence Installation and Repair**: Plan, measure, and install various types of fencing materials. Repair and replace damaged sections of existing fences.
- **General Handyman Tasks**: Perform a range of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and basic plumbing.
- **Customer Service**: Interact professionally with clients to understand their needs, provide estimates, and ensure satisfaction with completed projects.
- **Time Management**: Efficiently manage work schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all work meets industry standards and complies with safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Handyman with a focus on fencing projects.
- Strong carpentry and construction skills.
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Salary**: $66,600.00 - $71,400.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- fencing: 2 years (preferred)
- Drywall and Plastering: 2 years (preferred)
- Roofing: 3 years (preferred)
