Tasks & Responsibilities:
Ideally have the following skills

General repairs, home maintenance, renovations and insurance repairs
Defect rectification
High quality plastering (fixing & flushing) and ceiling/wall patching
High quality interior & exterior painting
Cabinet making / joinery skills
Door & door hardware installation
Minor tiling, paving, concrete & retaining wall repairs
Timber repairs and replacement
Fence repairs
Gutter repairs
Gutter cleaning
General labouring
Ability to quote
Plus more

Qualifications & Experience

Extensive experience in a wide range of building maintenance and repairs as listed above
White card
Attention to detail
Hard working, reliable & punctual
Computer literate
Trade qualified (non-specific trade)
Full Australian drivers license
Police clearance
Ability to work in a team environment
Package includes salary + work vehicle (van)

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $69,999.00 per year
