**Hours per fortnight**:Up to 80 hours available _(inlucdes ADO every 4 weeks)_
**Employment Status**:Fixed Term Full Time & Part Time (June 2025)

The Lodden Child Health & Wellbeing Local provides integrated, community based multidisciplinary services for children aged 0-11 years who are experiencing developmental, emotional, relational and behavioural challenges, and their families. Services are operational but the next crucial piece of work is strengthening engagement with partners and communities to understand their localised health need. This will inform planning and service development across the region.

We are seeking a skilled community development worker who has strengths in community engagement, connection and forming linkages with key stakeholders, needs assessment and analysis, advocacy and project management including strategy development, monitoring and evaluation.
- Higher education qualifications in either Community Development, Health Promotion, Public Health, or related field
- Experience and capability to development quality program planning, implementation and evaluation plans that ensure clear and reliable communications across stakeholders
- Ability to think critically and creatively to overcome barriers to accessing mental health services in small regional towns
- An understanding of cultural nuamces and the ability to navigate cultural and sociodemographic differences in small towns
- The ability to adapt to different environments, navigate challenges and adjust strategies based on the unique needs and circumstances of each small town
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, manage tasks, time and meet deadlines with excellent verbal, written and customer service skills.

**Your New Division**

The Clinical Operations Division encompasses acute, allied health, cancer and mental health services. We provide a wide range of general medical, surgical and specialty services including but not limited to; Oncology, Cardiology, Renal, Emergency, Women’s and Children’s, Critical Care, Specialist Clinics, Cancer Clinics and Mental Health Services. Our Allied Health teams provide a diverse range of programs and person centred care in inpatient, outpatient, community, home and residential care settings.
