A privately owned group of practices since 2013, we are dedicated to delivering high quality patient cantered care, supported by our exceptional clinical, admin and allied health team.

We are seeking a professional Group practice manager to oversee our well established clinics.

Previous GP management experience is essential for this role.

**Responsibilities Include**
- Managing existing staff, recruitment of new general practitioners, performance management and rostering
- Directing and maintaining quality improvement activities for clinical and non-clinical staff, creating reports and reporting back to the directors
- Demonstrate leadership skills that encourages and supports staff to ensure professional growth and development within the team
- Oversee the day to day running of the clinic, ensuring the practice runs seamlessly while meeting compliance standards
- Knowledge of and maintaining accreditation standards
- Maintaining policies and procedures
- Ability to plan and implement new ideas to ensure optimal business growth
- Sound knowledge of both Medical Director and Best Practice Software
- Familiar with Medicare systems, WIP and PIP, MBS interpretation, billings, batching and online claiming
