As part of a multi-national business, we have one of the most unique offerings in the marketplace, providing advice and support to ensure businesses have someone to turn to when they have difficult Employment Relations and Work Health & Safety issues to navigate.

With over 30,000 Clients across ANZ, we offer business owners & their staff peace of mind. With a growing client base, we are expanding our Health & Safety Advice team located in our Sydney Headquarters.

Working across a diverse industry base, you will be responding to Client enquiries from across Australia. You will have a passion for H&S and thrive in a busy environment where no 2 days are ever the same. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and manage clients' expectations through difficult times will be paramount, and your organisation and prioritisation skills will be keys to your success.

Your ability to build rapport quickly with clients and communicate complex responses in easy-to-understand terms will be integral to positioning yourself as a trusted Advisor for our SME client base.

You will have exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of H&S legislation in Australia and a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
