The Company
Our client is Australia’s leading security service provider with over 3,000 employees nationwide, providing their clients with industry leading security services with their state-of-the-art technology and highly qualified staff. The company delivers integrated security solutions including operations technology, aviation, front-line and concierge security services to clients worldwide.
Position Purpose
**Key Responsibilities**
- Consult and advise in developing sourcing and channel strategies to achieve targets
- Achieve agreed recruitment targets
- Report recruitment statistics against defined targets
- Effectively demonstrate "best practices" and promote brand awareness
- Participate in recruitment, selection and engagement of employees
- Ensure familiarity and compliance with all policies and procedures in relation to the role and corporate requirements
- Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs
- Maintain accurate recruitment statistics
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies
- Site visits as required
**Reporting to**
Manager - Talent Acquisition
**Qualifications**
- 2 years proven experience in a similar role (agency or onsite)
- Recruitment expertise in a blue and white collar environment
- Degree qualified - a HR related degree or professional qualification is considered beneficial
**Skills**

- **Managing work (includes time management)** - Effectively managing one’s time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
- **Planning and organising** - Establishing courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently
- **Quality orientation** - Accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time
- **Task planning and organising** - Establishing courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently. Assisting to compile and execute a Project Plan/Asset Management Plan (AMP)
- **Work standards** - Setting high standards of performance for self and others; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.
**Knowledge**
- Behavioural Based interview techniques would be an advantage
**Experience**
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an agency or internal recruitment role
- Recruitment expertise preferably in a blue
- and white-collar environment
**Attributes**
- Autonomous - working with little supervision
- Well-developed communication skills with the ability to relate effectively with a wide range of people
- Ability to work effectively in a team situation and obtain the co-operation of stakeholders
- Ability to positively influence outcomes, listening to and respecting the view of others
- A sense of humor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Well-developed presentation skills
