**The Role**

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you’ll oversee venue repairs, maintenance, and equipment servicing across Australia. You’ll work closely with venue teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure our stores stay fully operational.

**What You’ll Do**
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules for venues and equipment.
- Oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency fixes.
- Control costs, negotiate with suppliers, and manage service contracts.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Travel interstate to support venue maintenance needs.

**Who You Are**
- QSR or multi-site retail maintenance experience is a must.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Trade contacts across Australia and a practical understanding of repair costs.
- Comfortable working autonomously and coordinating national maintenance programs.
