Job Description Summary
Positioned within Service Stream’s Operational Support Services, the Resource Optimization, and Compliance Lead role is to drive the day-to-day process of companies and resource to ensure resources are complaint and operational ready in a timeline manager. This role objective is also work with operational teams to ensure resources are optimized across all contracts.
This role is suited to a person who enjoys and thrives in a fast pace and every changing large integrated telecommunication environment. You must have the ability to work with Senior Management to priorities workload accordingly and drive the required outcome across all the processing teams functions.
About the Role
Co-ordinate the day-to-day operations and ongoing activities of the of the Resource Optimisation and Compliance Team to facilitate the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing compliance of companies and subcontractors and their accreditations, insurances, inductions, and OH&S requirements.- Co-ordinate, implement and review changes to compliance roles through a Governance process to ensure all compliance roles are align to all Australian Industry standards.- Co-ordinate various daily operational stand-ups to drive prioritisation, minimums operational delivary risk, and mitigate any escalation of activities through building relations both internal and external- Co-ordinate with operational teams and development teams to ensure all reporting requirements of the compliance data base are visible and meet operational needs- Track and monitor the ongoing SLA for the Telecommunication group around onboarding and compliance- Co-ordinate the on time delivery of client-based reporting-
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all parties: internal, client and external field, to proactively understand any emerging trends, concerns, forthcoming demand, skill, or regional gaps.- Ensure all written and automated communication is professional and up to date.- Assist the Resource Optimisation and Compliance Manager in procurement activities for all Operational projects and services.- Conducting business to the highest standard and in line with the Service Stream Core Values.- Develop strong working and collaborative relationships with the Operational Support Services management team to ensure knowledge, impacts and delivery strategy of the workforce are continuously aligned- Patriciate and delivery quarterly strategic deliverables and monthly progress updates as part of the Operational Support Service management team
