We’re looking for an **Assistant Parts Manager** to join our high-performing parts department at Osborne Park Kia, LDV and soon to be MG.

As the Assistant Parts Manager, you'll support the Parts Manager in overseeing daily operations of the parts department, ensuring smooth workflow, inventory accuracy, and outstanding customer service. You’ll play a key role in coaching team members, liaising with service technicians and retail customers, and maintaining supplier relationships.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Assistant the Parts Manager with day to day operations and running of the parts department
- Accurately identify required parts and components for a wide range of vehicle models.
- Liaise with the service and reconditioning teams to ensure parts availability and timely delivery.
- Source parts from a variety of suppliers, both internal and external.
- Maintain stock levels, manage orders, and track deliveries to ensure efficient workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams, addressing parts-related inquiries promptly.
- Keep detailed records of parts ordered, received, and fitted.
- Assist with inventory control and stocktaking procedures.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter, ideally in an automotive or dealership environment.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle components and parts systems.- Ability to read and interpret parts diagrams and catalogues.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with parts inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
