**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **Civil Designer** to join our growing Sydney team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of civil infrastructure projects and contribute to high‑quality designs that meet industry standards and exceed client expectations.

In this role, you will:

- Deliver detailed civil design and documentation in line with relevant standards
- Produce accurate, high‑quality work using 12D, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and similar software
- Monitor scope, cost, quality, and schedule to ensure successful, profitable project outcomes
- Collaborate across disciplines and with clients to deliver well‑coordinated solutions
- Assist in the preparation of fee proposals and tender submissions

**About You**:

- 3+ years' experience delivering civil design for earthworks, drainage, roads, and sewer/water
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (or working towards completion)
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, codes, and drafting requirements
- Practical experience producing detailed designs, plans, and documentation
- Skilled in CAD software, including 12D, AutoCAD, PCDrain, and PCSewer
- Excellent project scoping and time management abilities
