**About the Role**

Provides support and assistance to Underwriting staff and perform administrative duties regarding builder’s eligibility assessments, Building Contract Review Program, eligibility security document validation and coordinate with Underwriting areas to research and resolve to escalated Underwriting issues.

**Duties**

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as an **Underwriting Coordinator** you will:

- Compile data and conduct routine checks to support Underwriters during builder’s eligibility assessment process.
- Support Underwriting Team by maintaining builder eligibility checklist, builder’s complaint and dispute register, Underwriting training register, files and logs for Underwriting meetings with builders and service providers.
- Perform necessary tasks and direct HBCF builder’s security documents to Underwriter for validation.
- Build rapport and provide a high standard of service to customer and third-party service providers while maintaining key existing relationships with internal team members.

- Strong organisational and administrative skills in a corporate or government environment
- Ability to understand and adhere to service levels
- Advanced communication skills to internal and external stakeholders
