We believe there is a better way to recycle that positively impacts individuals, communities, and the environment. Our mission is to increase recycling rates, rid the world of drink container litter, and empower community participation in an accredited circular economy.

We provide services and technology to enable the circular lifecycle of a drink container, from purchase to collection, through to recycling and remanufacturing. Our services include IT technology, payments, brand experience, customer support, and materials trading.

Container Exchange Services (CES) is a joint venture between Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and Lion that was established to provide scalable and sustainable solutions for Container Deposit Schemes (CDS) in Australia and around the World. We power one of Australia’s largest recycling programs: Containers for Change.

As an organisation, we are in our fourth successful year of operation having grown rapidly in revenue and people. The business is undergoing massive growth through our existing recycling schemes and expanding into new states.

**Description**:
About the role

This is a great opportunity to contribute to and work with an organisation making a difference in recycling and circular economy space with exponential and rapid growth plan.

As our Product Owner - Customer Point of Sale, you will be responsible for the successful design, build and run of solutions supporting the Point of Sale for return of containers, including client and key user engagement, project scoping, management and execution, roll-out, continuous improvement, and user support.

This role faces into key customers (i.e., clients and refund point key users), internal functional business leads and engineering resources, and interfaces with external vendor resources (i.e., developers), managing custom developed technology solutions.

The role must develop seamless POS processes and technical solution within the domain, be able to develop and communicate the product vision and releases, and successfully implement projects and change through internal and external resource, whilst ensuring SLA’s, support and the customer service promises are all met.

**Some of the key deliverables of the role**:

- Co-ordinating across multiple teams (i.e. Engineering, QA) to deliver product roadmaps and user stories
- In partnership with the Product Manager, contributing to the 12-18 month vision and roadmap the digital products consisting of improvements, validated by end users and aligned to customer and CES strategy
- Ensuring you are driving the 0-3 month backlog of priorities, including established Epic’s, User Stories, DOR and DOD for each, additional map out the customer journey - happy and unhappy paths
- Leading the Go to Market including training for all new product developments, features, and enhancements
- Managing the product set feature/change backlog process in line with the release cycle
- Continuous delivery of enhancements and defect resolution

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About you**:
You will be a self-starter with a high level of motivation and the ability to work with mínimal direction and supervision. You will have a digital payments background, you can break down large or complex work into a series of distinct incremental user improvements.

You have strong stakeholder management skills; you can manage customer expectations on scope, risks, budget, delivery timeframes and help the customer visualise the solution e.g. via UX designs, process maps.

Your ability to work collaboratively with customers to define success or with others in a scrum framework coupled with your positive, can-do attitude, stepping outside the role description to get the job done will see you succeed.
