Support Worker

**Pay**: A$43.23 - A$95.10 per hour

**Shifts Available**
- **Tuesday (weekly)**: 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM _(extended to 3:00 PM during public & school holidays)_
- **Thursday (weekly)**: 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM _(extended to 3:00 PM during public & school holidays)_
- **Saturday (fortnightly)**:

- 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM _(overnight sleepover)_

Additional shifts will become available once you commence.

At **Empress Support Services**, we are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care to NDIS participants. We’re seeking a **compassionate and reliable female support worker** to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team in Diggers Rest.

**Your Role**

You will support participants with:

- Daily living activities (personal care, meal prep, routines).
- Community access and social participation.
- Household support and skill development.

Flexibility is essential as participants’ needs vary slightly during school and public holidays.

- Morning, Afternoon, and Evening shifts

**Mandatory Requirements**

Applicants must hold the following (or be willing to obtain before starting):

- 100 Points of ID
- Car Registration
- Comprehensive Car Insurance Certificate
- Current Unrestricted Driver’s Licence
- CPR Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Infection Control Training Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (cleared)
- National Police Check
- Minimum Qualification - **Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)** or higher _(or proof of completion within 12 months)_

Optional but desirable:

- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
