**Medical Receptionist**

Established Cosmetic and Antiageing Medicine Practice

**Work Part-time**: Work Wednesday + Thursday + Friday
9am - 5pm

**About our Doctor**: Our Principal doctor is an established, well-known and respected Laser and Cosmetic Surgeon with extensive training and experience with lasers, RF, and all cosmetic work. He is a founding member of the ACCS & the Cosmetic Physician's College of Australasia

Our other clinicians have extensive backgrounds in cosmetic, podiatric surgery and Antiageing medicine.

**To succeed in this role, our ideal applicant will have**:
Experience using Cliniko (highly regarded)

Ability to work on your own and run the day-to-day office tasks

A passion for and strong understanding of skin and cosmetic medicine

Excellent IT skills, use of computers, Microsoft Word and accurate typing ability

**Duties and responsibilities**

Meeting and greeting patients

Taking calls from patients and booking appointments

Setting up treatment rooms for the day and for procedures

Hand-holding when required A comforting and reassuring personality works wonders with a nervous patient

Management of all patient data

Invoicing and receipting of consultations

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
