- Strong organisational and time management skills to be able to manage a busy and diverse workload across all areas of office administration
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and client management software
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- The ability to provide high quality reception and administrative services to our clients and therapists at the practice professionally, effectively and efficiently
- Be self-motivated, take initiative, plan ahead, problem solve, work unsupervised and enjoy autonomy with the willingness to take ownership of the role and the tasks you are given.
- Minimum 12 months medical reception experience preferred.
**Key Responsibilities will include**:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering incoming calls, management of enquiries, referrals and messages
- Scheduling of client appointments, including cancelling and re-scheduling
- Data entry of client details into our system
- Maintenance of client records/paper files including filing and scanning to maintain a “paperless office”
- Invoicing for services, handling and receipting payment as required
- Daily end of day bank reconciliation as required
- Effectively and efficiently manage clinic and clients so that the practice runs smoothly
- Cleaning of workspace and items in therapy rooms as required
- Working with the team to organise holiday groups.
- Ensuring the smooth running of the practice.
Remuneration is in accordance with experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
COVID-19 considerations:
All clients over the age of 12 are required to wear a mask on site. Well ventilated space and regular cleaning and sanitising occurs of common surfaces. Staff are required to be vaccinated.
**Experience**:
- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Medical receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
