Level 2 phone and remote IT support technician for Managed IT Services provider in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs in Victoria.

The listed salary range is full-time equivalent package.

Role **requires** a minimum of **2 years full time LEVEL2 working experience** supporting end users on Microsoft 365 & Azure AD cloud products, via phone and remote sessions. If you do not possess this mandatory experience, then please do not apply.

Clear and precise written and spoken English extremely important.

PC hardware diagnostics experience a plus.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
