You'll partner with the Apparel Coach to lead a designated zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service.

Reporting into the Apparel Coach, you will:

- Lead your team to ensure we deliver a premium in-store experience to our consumers
- Coach your team and provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team
- Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
- Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun

WHAT YOU BRING:

- A passion for the Nike brand
- 1-2 years retail leadership experience and a desire to grow your leadership career
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound computer proficiency
- A natural sense of urgency
