**The role**:
We are looking for a Production Control Specialist to develop, manage and coordinate the key function of our local production activities, including print. You will be an integral part of the end-to-end product lifecycle which involving sourcing, production, and liaising with various stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring quality production standards and to establish and meet pricing targets with suppliers in line with company margin targets.

Your typical week will involve:

- Liaising with internal stakeholders (Sales, Design, CX) on their own deliverables as well as with our suppliers by accurately ordering stock and material replenishments to support production.
- Managing the workflow from sales, costing and design through to product management, procurement, and delivery.
- Act as the central pivot of our team to ensure the continuous availability of accurate pipeline status updates for both internal and external clients.

This role will require you to be flexible in your approach to work, be highly organised to manage multiple projects at the one time and manage expectations.

**To be successful in the role you will**:

- Have 3-4 years in a similar production role overseeing the whole product lifecycle.
- Proven experience in local manufacturing processes, production or sourcing branded merchandise, apparel, or promotional products.
- Be proficient in Adobe CC and Microsoft 365 Suites.
- Have functional hands-on experience with an ERP system.
- Be extremely organized and have strong attention to detail.
- Thrive under a pressured environment with multiple deadlines.
- Have an eye for innovation and be proactive in your approach to work.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to work independently and in a team.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
