The **Direct to Consumer Marketing Specialist** will focus on actioning elevated direct to consumer activity and visitation marketing across the three Paragon Wine Estate Cellar Doors in SA; Shingleback, Chapel Hill (McLaren Vale) and Krondorf (Barossa).

- Strategic recruitment & engagement - membership & database
- CRM & CMS management
- Member event strategy & promotion
- End-to-end wine club activities (Shingleback)
- Management of telesales campaigns
- Digital Media_
- Social Media management, organic & paid
- Website content & product updates
- SEM management
- Event promotion
- Analytical reporting of key activities

**Now let’s talk about you**:

- Demonstrated experience managing direct marketing campaigns
- Previous use of website CMS products (WordPress preferred)
- Knowledge of Website Customer journeys & Google Analytics
- Experience with performance media campaigns (SEM, SEO, Affiliates & Display)
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter with high level of initiative, the ability to manage and drive campaigns
- Fun, outgoing and optimistic mindset
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience within the wine industry preferred
- Experience with design software is a bonus
- Please note there is a requirement to occasionally work evenings or weekends for special events
