**AFTER HOURS TRAVEL SPECIALIST**

**LOCATION - MELBOURNE**

Our client is looking for a talented AFTER-HOURS TRAVEL SPECIALIST to join their dynamic team. Move away from 9 to 5 consulting and have the convenience of working from home.

**YOUR DAY TO DAY**
- Manage all client travel requirements, including air, hotel and ground transportation
- Resolve client complaints with exceptional customer service
- Deal with emergency travel scenarios, changes and travel resolution
- Negotiate the best rates and deals from vendors to reduce client expenditure

**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong knowledge of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, and reissues
- Experience within a 24-hour department in the Travel Industry
- Proficient in booking flights, hotels, and a good understanding of published airfares
- Ability to work independently or within a team
