**About the role**

We are seeking Tax Specialists with experience in large commercial deals to join our Tax Avoidance Taskforce. If you’ve worked on large transactions involving asset sales, restructures, mergers and acquisitions, or complex financing, we’d love to hear from you.

**Your duties**
- Critique proposed lodgment positions associated with large ($30m+) commercial deals
- Work with a range of diverse clients and stakeholders

**Skills and experience**
- Minimum of 5 -7 years’ experience in accounting, law, business or commerce-related discipline
- Deep understanding of the taxation and superannuation legislative and financial environments, particularly in the area of private groups
- Extensive knowledge and experience with one or more of tax reconciliations, tax and corporate governance, business risk management, corporate structures and tax planning approaches
- Highly developed leadership skills.
