We're looking for a talented and dynamic Social Media Editor to join our team. In this role, you'll have the chance to harness your creativity and drive social media success by crafting compelling content that captures the hearts and minds of our millions-strong audience of women.

**About the role**

As the Social Media Editor at Mamamia, you'll be at the forefront of our social media strategy, working closely with our experienced and collaborative team. You'll have the opportunity to shape our brand's presence across various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and drive audience growth in exciting and innovative ways. Your expertise in digital publishing, combined with your keen news sense, will be instrumental in expanding our audience reach and enhancing brand awareness.

By leveraging your skills in social media management, content creation, and analytics, you will contribute to the success and growth of our organisation.

**About you**
- Experience in a similar role, preferably for a digital publisher
- Strong understanding of digital publishing principles, content optimisation and platform-specific best practices
- Experience in leading and managing a social media team, ability to delegate tasks, monitor performance and drive team success
- Proficiency in copywriting, visual content creation, and storytelling
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative social media strategies aligned with business goals, target audience interests, and industry trends.
