Here’s how:

- You will lead and manage a team of commissioning specialists, to ensure successful planning, execution and commissioning of Powerlink infrastructure projects.
- To ensure high quality expert commissioning services are provided to stakeholders, your leadership skills will be needed, including task assignment and performance monitoring.
- You will manage commissioning programs to support the delivery of a portfolio of projects including high voltage substations, secondary systems and transmission lines.
- Utilising your strong stakeholder engagement skills, you will provide timely advice and services on project commissioning activities, strategies and requirements.

**The community you will join**:
Based in Brisbane, you will be part of a team of dedicated commissioning professionals, supporting assigned commissioning responsibilities across several projects in Queensland.

**Your expertise**:

- Degree level qualifications in Electrical Engineering (or a lesser qualification if coupled with significant experience in leading and managing teams involved in the commissioning of high voltage transmission infrastructure)
- A current ‘C’ Class drivers licence

**We’d also love you to have**:

- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading technical teams involved in the delivery of power infrastructure projects
- Proven experience overseeing the performance of contractors and related service providers to ensure they deliver according to their contractual obligations.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in commissioning transmission infrastructure projects is desirable.
