About The Role

As our new Commissions Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our Retail Banking division, overseeing the end-to-end commission payments process and ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and in line with our legal commitments.

You'll play a key part in shaping and implementing controls and governance, conducting risk assessments, and recommending strategies that keep us compliant and minimise exposure.

This role is all about collaboration. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing advice and support on commissions-related matters, and partnering across the wider organisation to ensure monthly payments are spot on. You'll champion continuous improvement, driving automation and robust financial controls, and foster a high-performance culture that aligns with our strategic objectives.

About You
You're someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a passion for making things better. With experience in financial operations, accounting, or commission management, you understand the importance of accuracy and compliance, and you're comfortable navigating complex governance and risk frameworks.
