**Your new chapter**

Join an caring industry as you support a dedicated network of animal lovers and support veterinary clinics in their marketing needs. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will report into the National Marketing Manager and work closely with key internal and external stakeholders as you deliver National and Local Area Marketing programs and initiatives across our network of veterinary clinics. Based in our pet-friendly Sydney (or Melbourne), you will work closely with the Marketing Services team, the broader Customer Experience team and key stakeholders to deliver customer-focused and results-driven digital marketing outcomes.

**Your role and responsibilities will include but not limited to***:

- Implementation of national marketing campaigns, including social media planning, supervision of campaign asset rollout, co-ordination of internal communications and consolidating results and learnings
- Supporting Clinics by managing marketing queries, actioning requests and engaging with the extended team to resolve requests and questions
- Create, upload and manage pet and clinic related content through Canva for Teams
- Assist in planning and managing Local Area Marketing campaigns, run by Clinics throughout the year to achieve their individual goals
- Liaison with Marketing Services and Customer Experience teams on joint projects
- Key stakeholder updates and communications management

**Key competencies to succeed in the role include**:
**Essential**:

- A tertiary level qualification in business, marketing or other areas relevant to the position, or proven experience working within related Marketing roles
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent project management skills and ability to effectively run concurrent projects
- Understanding of marketing data, industry regulations and best practice
- Ability to influence and successfully collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Proven written communication ability
- Strong eye for detail - getting the small things right the first time
- Excellent organisational skills
- Positive attitude to completing work

**Desirable**
- Previous experience in health or heavily regulated industries
- Experience in health/retail networks with bricks and mortar stores
- Knowledge of Canva design platform
