**Capgemini is looking for a passionate and client-focused Microsoft Identity and Collaboration Lead to provide architectural and operational leadership across our Microsoft ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a drive for continuous improvement and innovation. The follwoing are the key responsibilities**:

- **Provide architecture and operational leadership to your team**:

- **Participate in planning sessions to establish standards, architecture, innovation, and project initiatives**:

- **Identify security vulnerabilities and recommendations and coordinate their remediation**:

- **Drive continuous improvement and reduction in manual effort by automating deployments and configuration updates**:

- **Root cause analysis and service improvement solutions**:

- **Liaise with appropriate teams for development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve major incidents**:

- **Adhere to ITIL guidelines for Incident, Problem and Change Management**:

- **Ensure all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards methods and procedures**:

- **Flexible work arrangements - two days per week from home**:

- **Have existing Microsoft Security certifications
**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Previous experience in working for an MSP or large enterprise company**:

- **Strong ability to coach, mentor and lead a team effectively**:

- **In depth expertise in Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD)**:

- **Experience in Defender: Identity, Office 365, Cloud Apps, Key Vault, DNS, Secure Score**:

- **Microsoft 365 and related technologies, including core infrastructure, SharePoint, Skype for Business, Exchange 2016 and Exchange Online (EXO)**:

- **Microsoft Cybersecurity Reference Architectures (MCRA)**:

- **Experience implementing information security practices in an operational environment**:

- **Demonstrated expertise with scripting tools such as PowerShell, Microsoft Graph (Graph API) and Python**:

- **Experience in Webex and Google Workspace is desirable**:

- **Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to a broad and diverse audience**:

- **A hunger for knowledge with the passion to learn about the latest innovations in the industry, which you will enjoy sharing with the wider team**:

- **Adaptability to changing environments and workloads**:

- **Ability to use own initiative**
