**The Role**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **National Account Manager - Petrol & Convenience** to join our Out of Home Sales team, located in Mentone or Sydney. Within this role you’ll be required to execute strategic national plans for your National Accounts in the P&C channel through management of volume, GSV, Trade Spend, NSV and GP performance. These plans will reflect the business needs including corporate sales, marketing objectives, manufacturing efficiencies and maximum investment of resources. Other duties will include but not be limited to;
- Implementing the Patties Food Group Petrol & Convenience Strategy with your National Accounts that complement the overarching business objectives.
- Maintain current national accounts and secure additional business with plans to achieve and exceed sales and market share targets.
- Complete & report on weekly, monthly and annual forecasting routines and rituals.
- Identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve performance of your National Accounts.
- Drive and support new product development concepts and opportunities in conjunction with the P&C and wider OOH channel and Marketing team.
- Ensure all sales activities are conducted in an ethical manner and meet the Patties Food Group company values.

**The person**

To be successful in this role, you will live in Victoria or New South Wales and will have demonstrated experience in a similar sales focused role, ideally within the FMCG sector as well as;
- 5+ years’ experience in a Sales Account Management role in FMCG and or P&C
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Have the financial acumen to read and interpret P&L at a GSV, NSV & GP margin level.
- Strong work ethic and drive for results
- High levels of attention to detail and be able to prioritise a busy workload
- Strong customer and relationship focus
- Ability to negotiate to reach best outcomes for the business
