**About the Role**:
At **Xavier College**, we believe every child deserves to be seen, valued, and supported in their learning journey and development. We are looking for a compassionate, innovative, and dedicated **Diverse Learning Support Staff** with specialised expertise to join our team and make a lasting impact on students with diverse needs.

As a part of the Diverse Learning Team, you will:

- Create and contribute to safe, supportive, and empowering learning environments.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff to provide tailored learning strategies for students with additional needs.
- Support the implementation of inclusive practices across the school.

**Tenure**:
**Fixed Term 2025 & Ongoing (Days of work are flexible)**
- ** Diverse Learning Assistant** (Part Time, Senior School)
- ** Diverse Learning Teacher** (Part Time, Senior School)

**Fixed Term (Term 2 Only)**
- ** Diverse Learning Assistan**t (Part Time, Junior School,, Mon - Wed)
- ** Diverse Learning Teacher** (Full Time, Senior School)

**Selection Criteria**:

- A commitment to educating children in Catholic Faith and Identity in a Jesuit school.
- Appropriate qualifications in Special Education (essential).
- Relevant (current) practical experience in teaching with a focus on Special Education
- Demonstrated ability to act with and foster collaboration and effective teamwork.
- Exceptional organisational, record keeping, data collection, administrative and operational skills.
- Understanding of the requirements of the NCCD process and data collection
