**You'll be responsible for**:

- Providing administrative support and analysis of thematic compliance issues and incidents.
- Collating and reconciling evidence to support Incident and issue management.
- Supporting in the preparation of workshops including maintaining relevant documentation, preparation of agendas and minutes when required.
- Supporting the business to manage compliance risk with in the Allianz risk appetite, articulating risks in the business and engaging openly with stakeholder.

**About you**:

- Experience working as part of a team including administration and analysis, in a corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact, and influence.
- High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
- Ability to work as part of a team, to plan and prioritise effectively, problem solve, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Ability manages internal stakeholders and appropriately triaged and managed in accordance with agreed timelines and scope.
