**About the role at QBE**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Risk or Compliance Analyst, looking to take the next step in their career. Reporting into the Manager of Compliance Advice, you will support the provision of Compliance operations to ensure that processes meet with business, regulatory and legal requirements and are fit for purpose

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Regulatory Compliance - Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and ensure that the organization complies with all relevant laws and regulations
- Risk Identification and Assessment - Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks, and develop strategies to manage and mitigate these risks
- Risk Monitoring - Monitor risk levels and report potential risks to senior management and other stakeholders

- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
- Critical thinking - Identifies and synthesizes patterns and trends amongst various sources of information to reach a meaningful conclusion, perspective or insight
