Collingwood, Australia Bellroy Full time

**IN A NUTSHELL**

Bellroy is a fast-growing global brand, with warehouses, stockists and customers all over the world. Since we launched with a range of five wallets 14 years ago, we have now grown to release about 50 new products a year (give or take). Our Production team plays a key role in getting all of these products (and those yet to come) out into the world and into the hands of our customers. We're currently on the search for a Production Assistant to maintain the flow of product that enables everything else we do. Sound interesting? Keep reading

As our Production Assistant, you'll be working closely with our vendors, internal teams and system platforms, juggling them all (often at once) to keep everything moving along as it should. You'll need to be able to manage purchase orders across multiple channels, maintain accurate SKU data across systems, and be highly aware of any potential issues or delays before they happen. You'll be responsible for keeping tabs on purchase order statuses, inventory levels, and ensuring seamless coordination between our HQ, suppliers, and customers. That's a lot of movement to track, so naturally, you'd be highly organised, meticulous and able to get sh*t done quickly, calmly and methodically (at least 90% of the time - because nobody's perfect).

None of that scares you away, because you have some experience and a few processes up your sleeve, to know how to handle it. But while your organisation, communication and spreadsheet skills are tight, you'd walk in here ready and super keen to learn way more. We're all about learning, so you'll fit right in here.

**YOU COULD BE THE ONE IF YOU**
- Have some experience and a strong interest in operations, supply chain, logistics, production or admin
- Have used systems like NetSuite or GitHub before, or are the kind of person who can pick up new systems quickly
- Enjoy solving problems, spotting gaps and following things through to completion
- Are good with numbers, even better with spreadsheets, and not afraid to double-check the details
- Can work independently when needed, but love being part of a supportive and collaborative team
- Take pride in doing things well and are always looking for ways to do them better

**IF YOU WERE HERE LAST WEEK, YOU MIGHT HAVE**
- Created and tracked purchase orders in NetSuite for everything from new product launches to stock top-ups
- Uploaded new SKUs into GitHub and made sure our systems reflected the most up-to-date product data
- Managed admin operations like invoice processing, shipment documentation and internal stock with suppliers, warehouses and customer support team, ensuring transaction records are accurate.
- Tracked DHL and FedEx shipments to ensure they cleared customs on schedule and confirmed warehouse receipt within 48 hours of delivery
- Helped prep for a monthly reporting cycle by gathering vendor updates and running standard reports
- Collaborated with other teams (like QA, logistics and sales ops) to keep things running smoothly
- Suggested a small improvement to a recurring task that saved everyone 20 minutes a week
- Cross-checked inventory levels with overseas vendors, resolving discrepancies between physical stock and system inventory

**WHY WORK FOR BELLROY?**

At Bellroy, it takes a wonderfully diverse crew to make everything tick. We're a close-knit group of thinkers and makers from over 25 different countries, each contributing unique skills to achieve our shared vision. We believe that embracing diverse backgrounds and perspectives is key to staying agile and resilient. So, even if your experience isn't an exact match, but you feel you have something special to contribute, we'd love to hear from you.

Bellroy's mission is to inspire better ways to carry; use business as a force for good; and help the world - and our crew - flourish. We make great carry products that delight people in their everyday lives, while constantly innovating to improve the sustainability of our materials. We donate a portion of our revenue to some of the world's most effective charities and are a certified B Corporation.
