We are looking for a motivated and dedicated full-time Assistant Manager and FOH Manager to join us in establishing our new venue, Wards Central Dining. These are exciting opportunities to lead a new team that will be focussed on delivering a seamless casual restaurant experience to our customers.

Reporting to the General Manager of the venue, you will be responsible for managing the team that staff the shop and serve our customers, which includes a restaurant table service.

**Wards Central Dining** will be our fourth location to open in Perth and will be our largest so far Our brand already includes **North Street Store**, **Little Loaf Lunch Bar** and **Big Loaf Factory Bakery**.

**What you will be doing?**
Opening and closing procedure of the restaurant
Completing the daily checks
Assisting with customer enquiries
Leading and organising the shift
Managing customer experience
Supporting the General Manager with overseeing the venue (Assistant Manager)
Making coffee - highly desirable
Liaising with the other section managers to ensure the smooth and efficient service
Ensuring and managing compliance with company and other policies
Experience with social media and especially Instagram would be desirable
Take and process customer orders, handle complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain knowledge of our menu offerings and make recommendations to customers based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination of food delivery and service.

**Who are you?**
Proven experience as a manager or supervisor in hospitality.
Bar management experience is desirable.
Must hold an approved manager’s licence and a valid RSA certificate
Excellent customer service
High level of maturity and professionalism
Excellent organisational skills and a calm, cool head
Good communication and a team-focused attitude
Strong leadership qualities and a desire to see your team succeed
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Passion for good food and drinks.
