**Job Title: Front of House (FOH) Staff**

**Location**: [HYPERDOME SHOPPING CENTRE]

**Job Summary**: The Front of House staff is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensuring smooth operations during their visit. This role involves a variety of tasks including customer service, managing reservations, and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about menu offerings.
- Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor at all times.

**Communication**:

- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Relay special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.

**Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Ensure the FOH area is clean and well-organized.
- Assist in setting up and cleaning up dining areas before and after service.

**Cash Handling**:

- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and tips.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with fellow staff members to enhance overall guest experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as necessary.
- RSA

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $23.50 - $35.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
