**The role**:
The Training Consultant is responsible for reviewing existing training packages, analysing data and identifying new training modules that need to be designed and developed to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the business. You will also be responsible for creating e-learning modules and online training programs.

**Selection Criteria**:
Ideally you will be substantially experienced in writing documents and in designing online training modules. This role would suit a professional with a background in a heavy industry, manufacturing or mining/resources environment. You will have an excellent eye for detail with a strong focus on safety aspects. Your excellent interpersonal skills will see you secure this 3-month contract role.
