Implementation & Training Consultant

This role is both customer facing (managing implementation projects or facilitating training), and internally facing (communicating requirements to the development team and updating sales / commercial team members on implementation progress).

**About the Role**

In this opportunity as Implementation & Training Consultant, you will:

- Conducting implementation meetings, and the management of each customer through the implementation process.
- Acting as primary point of contact, and conduit between the development team & customers during the implementation project.
- QA of BigRedSky instance and Job Board prior to training customer.
- Deliver system training to new and existing customers as required.

**About You**

You’re a fit for the role of Implementation & Training Consultant, if your background includes:

- Relevant qualifications / experience in Human Resources
- Technical acumen, and ability to communicate technical items to non-technical people
- Understanding of HR processes, specifically recruitment
- Strong communication skills, with ability to liaise with customers
- Experience using BigRedSky (desirable)
