Learning & Development Coordinator

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager Human Resources, you will be responsible for the Learning and Development strategy as part of the HR Strategic plan.
This is a permanent part time position working 3 days per week.
- Identification and evaluation of core training needs across the organisation
- Development of training packages for each identified training need
- Management of the Learning Management System (Dayforce)
- Draft and review learning and development policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with preferred Approved Training Providers
- Respond to Government or other initiatives and access any available funding to provide opportunities for staff

Essential Requirements
- Registered Nurse (Division 1) with aged care experience in a residential setting
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Tertiary Qualifications in Education
- Demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of learning packages
- Advanced technology skills with LMS management (Dayforce highly regarded)
- Current and valid police check
- Immunisation certificate
