The Roles
- Depending on your experience level, you’ll be responsible for:

- Servicing and maintaining bodies of water at stunning residential pools and high-pressure commercial sites
- Inspecting, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
- Repairing and installing pool equipment
- Performing water tests and balancing chemicals
- Providing expert pool advice and educating clients and staff
- Capturing your labour of love via our Poolwerx app and generating world-class service reports
- About You
- We’re hiring based on attitude, experience and potential. You may have extensive experience in the pool industry, or none at all. What matters is that you’re:

- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated - you don’t just turn up, you show up
- Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team - sharing ideas
- Mechanically minded and not afraid of hands-on work - you muck in when needed
- Willing to learn, make mistakes, take direction and never stop asking questions - grow with us
- Licensed to drive (manual licence preferred, but not essential)
