We are looking for a full-time Swimming Pool Service Technician, but being a Pool Technician with Poolwerx is more than just a job. It’s an outdoor office because you love working in the sunshine. As a Swimming Pool Service Technician, here’s what you’ll achieve:

- You’ll help create backyard memories for local families and commercial partners through delivering sparkling, clean, and chemically safe swimming pools
- You’ll market our industry-leading Poolwerx supplies to your clients, as well as organise and list any stock stored in your ute
- You’ll also think on your feet to resolve any challenges you may encounter and build strong relationships with your clients while you work independently
- You'll install all pool equipment; including pumps, filters, chlorinators, pool cleaners and heat pumps
- You'll capture service notes, photos and activities in our App and prepare customer-centric reports
- You'll engage and educate our customers on-site
- You'll be comfortable handling/lifting heavy items such as salt and chemicals (must be able to lift 25kg). WHS standards are paramount

**What You’ll Bring**
- You’ll need a current unrestricted manual driver's licence (ute & phone provided)
- You’ll also need to consent to a police clearance check if you don’t have one already
- You’ll love working autonomously and take pride in managing your own client base
- You'll have good written and verbal communication skills
- You'll have a positive can-do attitude and enjoy problem-solving
- You'll be physically fit and enjoy working outdoors

Although we’d love you to have experience or knowledge of the pool and spa industry, we can teach you the rest if you have a learning attitude. What’s most important is that you’re self-motivated, good at thinking on your feet and you feel aligned with our values.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
