We are a specialised interior design, furnishings, custom curtains, blinds and motorisation business backed by a history of more than 52 years. We have built a reputation for delivering a hands-on personalised approach to creating beautiful interiors for our clients. Our team of skilled designers specialise in all aspects of interior design as well as external sun protection. Understanding key elements, we assist our clients with decisions on design to achieve the overall look and feel of the space.

**The position**

Due to growth, we seek to employ a Corporate Services Manager on a full-time basis. The location is our head office in Drummoyne NSW 2047. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role is to plan, organise, direct, oversee, control and coordinate the operation and administration of our business. The duties include:

- High level administrative oversight, strategic planning and operational control on staff management, operational resources, financial planning, facility management and information services.
- Develop, plan and manage administrative, financial, physical and staff resources.
- Develop and implement administrative, financial and operational procedural statements and guidelines.
- Lead, manage and develop administrative staff to ensure smooth business operations.
- Represent us in negotiations and at events.

**About you**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or management.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a similar role.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of inspiring and guiding teams toward achieving business, sales, financial and performance objectives.
- Fluent in English and French for effective communication to present ideas, make presentations and collaborate with French-speaking stakeholders.
- Proven executive skills in strategic planning, setting and achieving goals, and decision-making.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Proven abilities to adapt to changing circumstances and market dynamics.
- Proven executive problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges.

**Remuneration**

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
