**About Us**:
We are a leading property management firm specialising in strata and community management. We are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients and maintaining the highest standards in property management. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team in the role of an Accounts Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records for strata properties.
- Oversee daily bank reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Assist tax agent with taxation preparation
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and collections.
- Arranging creditor payments
- Effectively manage a portfolio of strata properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Coordinate and attend strata meetings, providing professional advice and guidance to owners and committee members.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners, committee members, and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with team members, ensuring seamless coordination between accounting team.
**Requirements**:
**1. Certificate IV in Strata & Community Management**:
- Possession of a valid Certificate IV in Strata & Community Management is mandatory.
- Proven experience in strata management with a strong understanding of relevant legislation.
**2. Higher Education in Accounting and Finance**:
A bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in accounting and finance is required.
Demonstrated proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
**3. Skills**:
- Proficient in Xero and/or other accounting platforms
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools for strata management and accounting.
**How to Apply**:
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
