We're looking for a skilled bookkeeper who also thrives in admin, customer service, and IT. This is a high-responsibility role reporting directly to the business owner.

About You
  • Fully qualified bookkeeper — no training required
  • Expert in Xero & Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Confident working with systems and software
  • Strong customer service skills — phone, email, and face-to-face
  • Highly organised, proactive, and people-savvy
  • Able to support admin/sales team and train staff when needed
  • Willing to assist in improving processes and managing suppliers
  • Comfortable across both store locations
  • Leadership qualities and a solution-focused mindset
Day-to-Day Tasks
  • Invoicing, reconciling accounts, checking supplier statements
  • Assisting admin and sales staff with daily operations
  • Answering phones and managing customer queries
  • Improving internal systems and supplier relationships
  • Supporting the business owner with general admin and errands
  • Training team members and helping boost cost efficiency
