**About us**

Aspire Health and Psychology is a well-respected, vibrant, values based privately owned local business located in the heart of Newport (only 15 minutes from CBD). We are a growing team of 21 highly regarded consultants, 6 office support staff and a Practice Manager. As a team, we offer a broad range of skill sets and cater to a wide variety of age groups and presenting issues. We provide assessments and psychological counselling for children, families, adults, adolescents, and couples.

**About the role**:
We are looking for a full time Administration/Receptionist to join our team.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing a cheerful and welcoming first point of contact as you meet-and-greet clients
- Triaging Clients
- Manage appointment setting, rescheduling, cancellations, and waitlists
- Processing payments, Medicare rebates and invoicing third parties
- Following up Medicare referrals and third-party documentation where required
- Managing client intake forms and questionnaires
- General reception/administrative duties such as faxing and scanning
- General clinic cleaning and adhering to OH&S practices
- Thrive in a fast paced, team environment
- Work efficiently as an expert multi-tasker
- Have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately
- Must have strong interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:
