Job Opportunity: Admin Support & Bookkeeper
We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Admin Support & Bookkeeper to manage the financial and administrative needs across multiple companies. This is a key role requiring strong bookkeeping skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle a diverse range of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all bookkeeping duties, including BAS lodgement using Xero
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for multiple companies
- Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and reporting
- Liaise with external accountants and manage relationships with accounting firms
- Handle ATO correspondence and manage cash flow
- Provide general admin and management support, including creating spreadsheets and reviewing contracts
- Manage insurance policies such as workers' compensation, property, and car insurance
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience with Xero and BAS lodgement
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial record-keeping
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple company records simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks efficiently
- Experience dealing with ATO requirements and external accounting firms
Position Details:
- Permanent part-time role, 9am - 5pm. 4 days per week
