Based in Cannon Hill, this 12-month Business Administration Traineeship will be within the Credit team performing administration support. **Typical Duties**: - Data Entry - Assist in providing support to manage accounts - Record Control - Filing, scanning and documentation control - Internal customer service and liaise with clients via phone **The Team** The trainee will be placed with our host, The Endeavour Foundation. This position will offer a wealth of knowledge to build a foundation for an aspiring business professional, plus the advantage of working in a supportive team environment with a dedicated Community Solutions Field Representative who will guide you through obtaining your Cert III in Business **What will you bring to the role?** Our team will help you develop during the traineeship, but there are some minimum requirements and key traits we’re looking for: - An aspiration to work in business - An eye for detail with the ability to follow directions well - A confident, friendly nature - you’ll enjoy talking to people and be a great communicator - Internal customer service and liaise with other departments within Endeavour - Understand the importance of client privacy - Basic experience with accounting software - Has a natural ability to pick up systems quickly - A good aptitude with maths - Ability to work Monday to Friday full time - Pass a Police Check - Provide two references **Who We Are?** **Community Solutions **is a non-for-profit organisation operating as a commercial business, providing apprentices and trainees to a variety of different businesses throughout Queensland.
