We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a **Traineeship & Apprenticeship professional. **This role is pivotal in supporting our business to identify and utilise traineeship and apprenticeship opportunities for both new and existing employees. The role includes identifying suitable qualifications, funding streams, monitoring changes, and educating the business. There is flexibility with location, with the role able to be based out of our Brisbane or Adelaide offices.

**What you’ll bring**
- Strong understanding of traineeships and apprenticeships
- Knowledge of the Australian training framework highly desirable
- Strong administration skills and high attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work autonomously and handle confidential documentation
- High level of customer service and communication skills with a professional phone manner
- Intermediate IT skills, including proficiency in Excel. Experience with SharePoint would be a benefit.
