Our client is currently seeking a Payroll Officer to provide support and effective admin of payroll for the organisation to ensure accurate disbursement of salary and allowances.
- $48-$51 per hour + Super
- 12 Month Contract
- Parramatta location with WFH options

**Key Accountabilities**
- Calculate and process payroll adjustments to ensure the accurate administration if salary, associated claims and subsequent accuracy with award entitlements that comply with legislation and policy.
- Perform the administration of payroll & personnel functions which may include a range of activities including but not limited to long service eave, redundancies and severance payments, termination allowances, loadings, leave types and over/under payments.
- Support customer service deliver to external and internal customers in response to payroll & personnel enquiries and information exchange in an effective and efficient manner.
- Process payroll reconciliations and provide recommendations to resolve errors in accordance with legislation and organisational business rules.
- Undertake general administrative and payroll activities, contributing to the delivery of accurate payroll and accounting functionality.
- Provide reports to management as required to satisfy the payroll related information requests.
- Maintain file notes and records through organisational electronic records management systems upholding privacy principles and in accordance with legislation, policies and procedures.

**Key Requirements**
- Obtain and maintain security clearance
- Relevant work experience working in a high-volume customer service focused environment with a record to achieve in the management of customer service delivery.
- SAP experience is desirable but not essential
- High level of critical thinking and problem solving.
